Publish once.
Deliver everywhere.
A shipment is entered once and keeps one identity for its whole journey, however many subcontractors touch it. YourFreight carries that identity and its updates between everyone in the chain — through your own systems, ours, or nothing more than an email.

One Truth. Multiple Authorised Views.
YourFreight is not a haulier and not another portal to keep logging into. It is the layer that carries a shipment's identity and its events between every organisation that touches it — including the ones running no software at all.
One Shipment Identity
Whoever originates the shipment enters it once. It is given a persistent YourFreight identity – SHP-8F72A91 – and keeps it through every handover, however long the chain becomes.
Events Published Once
Created, accepted, collected, received, dispatched, delivered, exception. Each event is published once into the network and delivered to everyone entitled to see it, by whatever channel they prefer.
Commercial Privacy by Default
Every contractor decides how its activity is presented to the contractor above it. The default is opaque. Transparency is something you switch on for a relationship, not something the network assumes.
No Integration Project Required
A participant joins a shipment by being invited to it and subscribing. From there, taking part means whatever is realistic for that organisation: a click in an email, a scan of the label, a screen in the YourFreight TMS, or a call from the system it already runs. The same events come out of the network either way.
Integration improves participation; it is not a prerequisite for participation. An operator can start on an email link today and move to an API later without the shipment changing identity or losing a single event.
No Software
Accept, receive and hand on from a link in an email or a scan of the label
YourFreight TMS
Jobs, custody and proof of delivery in a browser or on a phone
Your Own Systems
API and webhooks for the TMS you already run
What the Network Carries
Identity, events and evidence — plus a lightweight TMS for anyone who has no system of their own. The TMS is a client of the network rather than the network itself, so it can be swapped out without a shipment losing its history.
YourFreight TMS
A deliberately small TMS for operators with nothing to integrate. Enough to run jobs digitally, not an attempt to replace an enterprise system.
- Incoming, current and completed jobs
- Scan, accept, receive, dispatch, deliver
- Proof of delivery with photo and signature
- A tracking page for your own customer
Events and Evidence
The canonical history of the shipment, in order, recording who did what and what they captured at the time they did it.
- Created, accepted, collected, received
- Dispatched, delivered, exceptions
- Time, place, organisation and user
- Photographs, signatures, scans, documents
Standards, Not a New Dialect
YourFreight maps onto the identifiers and event shapes the industry already uses, rather than asking anybody to renumber their freight.
- GS1 identifiers
- EPCIS-shaped events
- Existing barcodes and labels
- Carrier and customer references
One Party Pays. Everyone Downstream Takes Part.
The prime contractor funds network usage from a prepaid balance, and a small amount is drawn from it as each shipment is created. Everyone downstream participates free. The intention is pence per shipment rather than pounds — small enough that it is not a decision on every job — but that figure is still being validated, so we are not publishing one yet.
The Prime Contractor Pays
The organisation that puts the shipment into the network holds the commercial relationship. Credit is bought up front, drawn down as shipments are created, and topped up automatically if you would rather not think about it.
Everyone Downstream Is Free
A subcontractor receiving a shipment buys nothing, signs nothing and enters no payment details. They register, take part, and can hand the shipment on to the next organisation on the same terms.
Tell Us How Your Chain Works
YourFreight is being built now, and we would rather shape it around real shipment chains than around assumptions. If you run a haulage, courier, warehousing or forwarding operation — or you are the prime contractor trying to keep sight of a shipment three subcontractors deep — we would like to hear where the visibility currently breaks.
